  The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the UN Foundation and the Club de Madrid unite to combat global warming

  On the occasion of the meeting of UNEP's Governing Council in Monaco, the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the UN Foundation and the Club de Madrid, signed a partnership pledging to mobilise political forces in an effort to obtain a global agreement to combat the effects of climate change. The partnership agreement, announced in New York on 27 September last under the aegis of Bill Clinton, was officially signed today by Prince Albert II of Monaco on behalf of his Foundation, Ricardo Lagos for the Club de Madrid and Timothy Wirth for the UN Foundation.
