The Prince then visited a waste treatment facility that is very highly ranked in terms of environmental protection.
On Thursday 2 June, the Sovereign travelled to Estonia. He met the President of the Republic, Mr Toomas Hendrik Ilves, in Tallinn.
He then visited the 'Kumu Modern Art Museum', in the context of the European Union's decision to name Tallinn as a European Capital of Culture for 2011.
The Prince, accompanied by a delegation of business leaders affiliated to the Economic Development Chamber of Monaco, then had a working lunch with Mr Urmas Paet, the Foreign Minister of Estonia and with Mr Toomas Luman, the President of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Sovereign also took part in the departure of the electric vehicles rally, organised in collaboration with the Automobile Club of Monaco.
