At 11.10am, on the Commander in Chief's order, the troops presented their arms, the standard bearer brought the standard out through the Porte d'Honneur gate. On the Commander in Chief's order, they took up position opposite the troops in front of the Commander in Chief. Honour was paid to the Standard which then joined the front of the troops.
At 11.15am, High Serene Highness the Sovereign Prince arrived. The military band sounded « stand to attention », the troops presented their arms, the heads of detachment, non-commissioned officers, the military band sounded the « Honours » and the Standard was lowered. The military band then performed the Monegasque National Anthem. H.S.H. the Prince and the Commander in Chief proceeded to review the detachments.
After reading out His Sovereign Order promoting members of the military and civil armed forces, H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince presented service personnel with rank insignia.
Presentation of decoration to the Fire Brigade corps fanion
On the Commander in Chief's order, the fanion was brought forward out of the ranks. The troop presented arms and the military band opened and closed the fanfare. The troop then lowered its arms and the Pennant rejoined the ranks. The Chamberlain read out the Sovereign Order decorating the Fire Brigade.
Next, the change of command ceremony started with Colonel Fringant to the left of H.S.H. the Prince and Colonel Bersihand on His right.
The end of the ceremony was marked by a file past of the troops.
The Standard Bearer brought the Standard between the Chief of the Prince's Company of Carabiniers and the military band. Then the military band, Commander in Chief, Standard, Carabiniers and Fire Brigade corps left the Cour d'Honneur.
