Msgr. Bernard Barsi, Archbishop of Monaco, since 2000, born on 4 August 1942 in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes, France), ordained priest on 28 June 1969 for the diocese of Nice, consecrated Bishop on 8 October 2000.
