Inauguration of the Lycée Technique et Hotelier of Monaco

T.S.H. Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene opened the Lycée Technique et Hôtelier de Monaco (LTHM) in the presence of many of the Principality's dignitaries on 13th May.
The highlights of this opening were successively, the blessing of the establishment by Archbishop Barsi, the speech by H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince, followed by the unveiling of two plaques:
- the plaque of the Lycée Technique et Hôtelier, at the entrance;
- a plaque dedicated to Charles Scotto, former Monegasque head chef, located in the kitchens of the Cordon d'Or.
As the Prince said in his speech: "The delivery of this building is part of the continuous improvement of pedagogical resources for educating our youth, [...] this new, light-filled building features specialised rooms allowing students to prepare for their future career."
Opened on 4th March 2013, the LTHM caters for 474 students supervised by their 73 professors and supported by 41 administrative staff.
