The Sovereign will visit the 2012 Expo honouring the theme 'The Living Ocean and Coast' in Yeosu. One hundred and six countries have set up Pavilions dedicated to protection of the oceans for this event, held from 12 May to 12 August 2012.
H.S.H the Prince will participate on 4 June in high-level experts' meetings on the development of Protected Marine Areas in the context of the Third Monaco Blue Initiative (MBI). These working sessions are organised jointly by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the Oceanographic Institute.
Finally, on 5 June, the Sovereign will inaugurate a lecture cycle on the Convention for Biological Diversity and He will attend a private dinner by the Samsung Group.
