83rd Interpol General Assembly

On 3 November, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco participated in the Opening Ceremony for the 83rd Interpol General Assembly at the Grimaldi Forum, followed by the Ministers’ Cocktail at the Oceanographic Museum, alongside Mireille Ballestrazzi, President of Interpol, and M. Ronald Noble, Secretary General of Interpol, in particular.

On 4 November, the Sovereign Prince gave the opening speech for the Ministerial Meeting at the Grimaldi Forum.

A century after Prince Albert I of Monaco organized the first Congress of International Criminal Police Congress, which opened the way to founding Interpol, HSH Prince Albert II wished to hold another meeting of the world’s police forces again in Monaco.

Until 7 November, over 1,200 delegates from the 190 Interpol member countries met at the Grimaldi Forum to look back on those 100 years of international police cooperation and discuss the latest developments.
