H.E. Mr Didier Guillaume, appointed Minister of State of the Principality with effect from 2nd September 2024 by Sovereign Order of 4th July 2024, was sworn in late this morning before H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
The ceremony took place at the Prince's Palace in the presence of H.S.H. Princess Charlene, the Princely Children, the Secretary of State, Members of the Prince’s Government and the Prince’s Cabinet.
At the end of the swearing-in ceremony, the Sovereign Prince presented him with a roadmap based on the following objectives:
- Pursue the energy transition and implement a ‘renaturation’ of the city;
- Rethinking urban planning and mobility;
- Adapting public safety policies to the challenges of the future;
- Strengthen Monaco's international position on major issues;
- Adapting economic and budgetary policy to the future challenges of public finance.
