On Saturday, July 12, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, President and Vice-President of the Monaco Red Cross, accompanied by Camille Gottlieb, Louis, and Marie Ducruet, attended the 76th Monaco Red Cross Gala in the iconic Salle des Étoiles at the Sporting Monte-Carlo.
Each year, this evening pays tribute to the actions carried out by the Monaco Red Cross on behalf of the most vulnerable and salutes the unwavering commitment of its donors, without whom none of this would be possible.
But this 2025 edition had a special significance. On July 12, Prince Albert II celebrated 20 years since his accession to the throne. It was a significant anniversary, which H.S.H. Princess Charlene marked with a moving speech, delivered with tenderness and pride. After praising her husband's loyal commitment to promoting the CRM and his constant fight for the environment, the Princess said:
"This July 12 marks 20 years since your accession.... Since that day, you have ruled Monaco with wisdom, courage, and determination.... You have initiated many changes in Monaco, sometimes involving difficult decisions, always guided by your desire for unity and serenity for our country. Monseigneur, Albert, you know that I will always be by your side, along with all Monegasques. We are with you, wholeheartedly, to protect Monaco and its future under your leadership. We love you, we support you, and we thank you for being there for us all...".
The evening continued for the 800 guests with a refined dinner created by Chef Thierry Saez Manzanares, followed by the traditional raffle with exceptional prizes offered by leading brands. Then the sky lit up with a magical fireworks display, before vibrating to the sound of an explosive concert by British legend Billy Idol.
An exceptional evening, marked by emotion, solidarity, and a deep love for Monaco.
